The couverture callers that I purchased were very fresh, packaged well, tasted far above mainstream grocery store products and produced a lovely finish to the products I was baking. I don't know if I agree but it's also not what I'm reaching for except in special situations. I'm glad I have some on hand but don't see a ton of use for it in my case.”
