I have sporadic sleep issues. This course helped me better understand the science behind sleep and gave me new tools and techniques. I also loved Stephanie’s personality. Another excellent BBC Maestro course.

Good sensible research based advice. I would have liked more advice about what to do when I wake during the night. The focus seemed to be on getting to sleep and I don’t have a problem with that and I do have regular morning and evening time patterns.

A most useful course, not too long and with many helpful tips, the pattern of getting up at approximately the same time each day regardless of whether the night has been broken, the importance of bright light in the morning and low light in the evening. I could go on but this is just a flavour of the course. Also Stephanie has a most pleasant and relaxed presenting manner; enough to relax one and put one to sleep in fact!

Really good to watch as Stephanie presents this course very well and it flows at a comfortable pace, with relatable examples throughout. Very informative and helpful to my own sleep pattern. Her evidence based advice works and I've promoted the course several times.
