“I am finding the course extremely helpful , it is helping me understand sleep and what is helpful for getting good sleep , its also helping me deal with the anxiety I have felt over the last year since my sleep pattern started to changed , which I understand now was adding to the insomnia. I am half way through the course and only started it a couple of days ago , I have slept really well for the last couple of nights since starting the course and I think my whole attitude to sleep has changed since starting the course , im more relaxed about sleep now, thankyou Stephanie .”

“I am not overly anxious about my sleep pattern, but I am interested in finding out if I can improve the quality of my sleep. This course focuses on the simple things that we can all do to improve our sleep, making it clear that it will take some effort to make what might be significant changes to someone's usual routines. I like the way Stephanie emphasises that many things people do for a 'quick fix' are very unlikely to have any effect unless the basics are addressed first - and even then the effect will be minimal. Thus, her advice does not require any expenditure, or complicated bedtime routines. She, of course, recommends seeing a doctor if there are more serious issues involved, but for most of us, it is about taking the drama out of getting a good night's sleep.”
