“I've been looking for a thorough, reliable thermometer that uses WiFi for a few years now. I've tried wireless and wired probes, and been dissapointed either in the app functionality, the reliability of the connection, or really bad temperature readings. I always spent 60 to 100 bucks for these items, and they just didn't do it.
Fireboard has entered the chat. It's robust, extremely fast loading, never loses a cook or disconnects, and gives accurate reliable information in very short intervals. I'm about 65 hours cooking time in to the Fireboard Pro, and I love it. I smoke 2-3 briskets every week, and this unit has not let me down. It's built tough, heavy and quality feeling. Even the magnetic cradle is heavy and premium feeling. This is hopefully a one and done, and I hope to use it for many years. Absolutely recommend, you can spend 60 bucks 6 times in a year, or spend 200-300 once for many years.”

For example, if you have somebody at your house, that is Monitoring the cook and you have to go travel for work because of an emergency, it makes it much easier to monitor. The temperatures are spot on accurate. I’m very impressed and would recommend this thermometer to anybody.”

I've connected it to my WiFi 2 times in the last 2 years (only because I changed routers). This thing connects everytime! “I've owned my fireboard 2 now for 4 years and I've added the fireboard spark and competition probes for the past 2 years. I love these thermometers. They have worked amazing for me and the app has been a great tool to track during my cooks and to use as a reference for future cooks. If you're an avid outdoor cook or even want to monitor the oven indoors. The fireboard is great and I would highly recommend it. I've been grilling and smoking meats for 20 years and this is the best setup I've ever used.”
“The features of this product are awesome. I baby this thing given the price point and even made its own little case, keep it clean etc… Already, not even a year in to it, two of the ports quit working. I emailed customer service to see what could be done and was told I would be expected to pay 75$ for the diagnosis and the price could go up depending what’s wrong. I could understand paying this when if I was two three years into the purchase, but not even a year? My Amazon Bluetooth thermometer are unfortunately more dependable than this.”
