“I liked my FireBoard after the first use. After about 10 times I now love it. I bought this along with the fan to control the temperatures of the fire on my grill. Unfortunately, I could not mount the fan on my Akorn grill so I returned it and bought a Pit Viper fan. This combination is awesome. The PID of the Drive 2 controls the fan to keep the temp at the grate spot on.
There are a couple of things I wish they would change. One is to make the buttons on the side of the device stick out more. I find it difficult to push the buttons with my fingertips. I need to use my fingernails. The second is to mad the battery percentage display larger in the app. It is too small for me.
All-in-all, I am very happy with my purchase.”
