“I have really enjoyed my year of coaching with GGS! It was nice to have a recap and reminder of some important nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle skills that I could work on on my own time. The strength training workouts were my favorite part, and it was so nice to have the programming all done for me. My coach was wonderful about modifiying and progressing skills as I needed to - the video and text messages we exchanged really helped me to talk through any issue I was having, and it was so nice to have someone to talk to about all things fitness and nutrition. There was never a problem that we couldn't solve together. It was great to have that accountability to someone and something. She was always checking on me, and I am pleased with the strength that I have gained over the year. I learned a lot, even as someone with many fitness and nutrition certifications myself! “GGS coaching is a very special program. I have done several training programs from other companies and while they were also very good, the GGS coaching is unique in my experience. The coaches have time to talk with you as often as you want or need, they reach out unprompted to check in and you really feel supported in the way that works for you - the intakes and questions about your preferences are honored in the coaching interactions. It offers a blend of mindset coaching along with nutrition coaching and strength training. I had multiple big life events happen through the year from the passing of a parent following a long illness, to a major injury caused by participation in a hobby and I felt supported and guided the entire time. I was unable to train for several months but my coach was there to help me brainstorm ways to keep my mental health up when movement was not available to me and created a custom strength program for me to ease back into movement once I was able. I have really been able to build my overall resilience through this program and I feel stronger and more capable than I have in many years and it’s a wonderful feeling.”

“Joining Girls Gone Strong was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy journey. The program provided incredible support, guidance, and education for the physical and emotional challenges women face before, during, and after pregnancy.

When I needed her voice of reason, her pep talks or just her support, she made the time and helped me reach my goals. The fitness and exercise were just one part of it. “I've been passionate about fitness my entire life, but in my mid-50s, I had never considered having a trainer/coach until Girls Gone Strong offered such a great opportunity at an irresistible price. When I started, I was excited and knew right away that this would be perfect for me. I was right.
My coach Elizabeth has not only been my coach but has also become my friend. We communicate regularly throughout the week. I send her updates on my week and workouts, share videos of my exercises, and she provides the most wonderful, encouraging, and helpful feedback. She helps me not be too hard on myself because I can be brutally intense when I'm not meeting my goals. She challenges me when she thinks I can lift more, adjusts workouts for me when I’m traveling, and cheers me on each and every week. I feel supported.
In the past, I've been pretty consistent with workouts, but this year I was the most consistent and saw the most progress because Elizabeth was always there for me. I cannot recommend the GGS coaching program enough. I am now a client for life. I will never again be without a coach.

“I'm a MD so I didn't think this program would be helpful for me- how could they teach me anything about health and wellness I don't already know? I was so wrong.
