“Writing a review of my experience for GGS in my 2nd year with Coach Jenny is akin to writing a review of a very rocky 2024.. It was quite the tumble-dry! Looking back, in my first year with GGS, I practiced living the body-mind-attitude-habit in tandem with a consistent 30-45 minutes of 3-days a week. I had never been more stronger in my 43 years of life! Then in 2024, life took some really tough turns and thanks to my coach, I persisted with each punch, and returned to treat my body with joy, disciple, and strength of a scientifically backed method. Now, at 44, I know the true meaning of strength, flexibility, and mobility - and not just physical, but as a whole human being. Dignity, Grit &Grace - is how I now treat my body - and that is what I have learnt in 2024 with my Coach Jenny. Thank GGS, now the third best year in 2025! Much love and appreciation...”

“I’m finishing up my first year with Girls Gone Strong (GGS) and wholeheartedly recommend this program. GGS has been a game-changer for me. After many years of false starts, I finally have regained a great level of fitness and am physically stronger than ever. “GGS and Jen were exactly what I needed as I was starting a business and overwhelmed. Jen held me accountable for my choices in an empowering way. I never felt pushed or coddled - which is a hard balance to strike. Jen asked the kind of questions that made me think about what I was doing and why, and what needed to change. And it wasn’t what I thought. It wasn’t “push harder” - it was more along the lines of reevaluating and re-prioritizing. At the end of about 8 months, I had the sudden realization that I had been imperfectly CONSISTENT for the first time in my life. As a black and white/all or nothing kind of person, consistency has never been a strong suit. I would recommend this to anyone - from a brand new beginner to a GGS-certified trainer like me.”

“After not doing strength training for some time, the coaching program was a great way to get me back into this practice. I learned a lot from the weekly lessons and have saved them all for future reference. It was especially great to work directly with a coach which I hadn't done before. Jen was amazing! “I had a wonderful experience with GGS coaching. I felt supported and encouraged throughout the program and thought the breakdown of nutrition skills and mindset lessons were really well planned. I also really liked the workouts- this was the only plan I have ever been consistent with for more than a couple of months. “I had an absolutely incredible experience with GGSC this past year and decided to do a 2nd round so I could continue having my coach Jen's support through this upcoming year. I started the past year wanting to get my eating habits under control and ended the year totally updating the way I eat, especially during my workday and on the weekends. I feel in control of my eating now, it feels natural and not something I have to give a lot of thought to. I just eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m satisfied. I know how to handle emotional eating and cravings, both of which are so rare now. I never feel like I have to get “back on track” or make up for how I ate.
