“I Love Girls Gone Strong because the coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and in shape themselves and know what its like to start from the bottom! They listen and encourage everyone. They dont judge you or make you feel uncomfortable. They are there to merely support you and give you tips on things that will help you become the "best you" possible! They ask you what your goals are and help you achieve them. Starting on your mind (your thoughts that you tell yourself), to your actual actions everyday and how to achieve them.
