“The coaches were very supportive. I had a few physical ailments during the program and the coaches definitely encouraged rest and alternatives when I needed. I am also a Mom of a busy toddler and a nurse, so I have a lot on my plate everyday. I feel like the amount of time it took me to do this program was just right and very manageable. I'd definitely recommend it to friends. I wish everyone, myself included, could start their fitness journey in this type of supportive environment that emphasizes self care.”

“I had no idea what to expect from GGS Coaching but what I received far exceeded my expectations in every way! I spent the last year unlearning the last 30 years of "diet" culture and retraining myself to listen to my body's needs. I can now eat guilt free and have stopped punishing myself for eating what my body craves. I happily take rest days and am enjoying the movement I get outside with my family and dog without worrying about how many calories I'm burning because I have listened to my body's needs. *Gasp* I even took off my Fitbit... For the first extended time in over 5 years! GGS Coaching has given me something far more important than just a nutrition or exercise program (although I did also get those and use them weekly!); It gave me my health back! I have ended the repeated cycle of binge and purge and have learned when my body needs rest, stretches, a brisk walk, or a good lifting session. GGS has changed the way I see myself and helped me see strength is measured in so many different ways! I will never regret spending the money and time I invested in myself this past 12 months because I know how to continue to grow and learn without the pressure of giving up.
