“Girls Gone Strong coaching is a high quality, evidence based program. It includes weekly lessons that teach skills and offer opportunities to practice. I have the opportunity to communicate with my coach throughout the week. There is also a choice of workout plans.
After almost a year in the coaching program, I have skills that will help me move toward my goals as they change over time. I have a game plan for meeting my nutritional goals. I am stronger than I’ve ever been. I have also had many helpful conversations about a car with of topics such as sleep, setting boundaries, goal setting, and self care.”

“GGS has gifted me my strongest body in my early 40s and on the brink of an early onset of menopause.
*I started at 173lbs with 42% body fat, and in 12 months with 163lbs with 31% body fat, 12% increase in muscle mass, and 20% uptick in water content. Weight is no longer my indicator, its how much I can lift, move, dance, run, and feel great about every inch of my body's movements.

“The last year has been one of learning. Week over week I was introduced to daily practices that would help me improve my health in meaningful ways.
