“A really good flavor with the heat”

“One person in our group liked this sauce the best, but two others really disliked it. I fall in the middle, leaning more toward the dislike side unfortunately. This sauce is mostly okay, but there's one element that sort of sticks out strangely. It's a weird bitterness or something unpleasant - maybe like raw onions? Otherwise, the flavor is mostly creamy with some complex umami notes.”

“I wish this was a more earthy hot sauce. I like how it first hits the taste buds, but it ends on a very vinegar-y flavor. I think it would be great in stir fry or something with a lot of veggies, but on its own the flavor profile ends in an unpleasant way.”
