A rather interesting sauce that is good by itself, but pairs well with roasting meat and adding to ground beef mixtures. Not particularly hot, but a delightful, earthy, creamy flavor. I am going to add it to my next batch of stroganoff!

This sauce overpowered everything I tried it on. It is a matter of taste, I feel it is a well balanced sauce but not for my taste. I found the lingering flavor of this sauce too strong and I didn't feel like going for more of it. I tried it with chicken, sausages and eggs. I won't be finishing this bottle.

Not as mushroomy as I had expected, and a little more vinegary than I expected. Good flavor, medium heat. We mixed in a bunch of this sauce in with some mayo and put it into a version of a mushroom swiss burger, and it worked really well. I expect I will buy another bottle when we eventually run out.

Nice texture and even spice throughout. Has a nice earthy flavor and makes me think of a mushroom based sauce for sure.

The balsamic vinegar is the first thing I tasted in this sauce. It's different from everything else I have in my collection for sure! I love it with potstickers and egg rolls! I'm looking forward to trying it with peirogis next!

Full of flavor with a medium burn. This is a very versatile flavor so it's great on a burger but can just as easily be used elsewhere, such as pasta. I used it on my burrito and on some mash potatoes and it was awesome.
