The creamy, umami flavor os very different from any I've had honestly. Kind of reminds me of Truff except it's chunkier, less overpowering, and quite a bit spicier!! Truly a lovely sauce.

We enjoy the flavor of the sauce and it goes well with dishes that pair well with mushrooms, like a steak sandwich. Has a somewhat hearty texture.

Different! Delicious! Savory! Smoky mushroom is the predominant flavor. Decent little kick. I poured this over eggs, rice, beans, veggie burgers.... even dipped my sweet potato fries in it....or anything you would put shrooms on. Ran out quick and ordering more.

When the bottle came in, I was impressed by presentation. I tried this on some diet-friendly microwavable chicken carbonara my fiance bought me. This sauce turned a bland, salt-less meal into heaven. It has that kick of spice, but not overbearing--the right amount of heat needed (and I love the hot stuff, I'm a bit of a spice lord) and the only complaint I have is that I've already used a good bit of the stuff in just a few days! If you love habanero kick with the mushroom umami flavor, your search is over.

Still trying to figure out what to use this sauce for, in my collection it is one of the most neglected and not because it is bad per say; more so because it is different and not what you would expect from a hot sauce. It is a thicker sauce that is not too spicy has an almost wine and cremini flavor, probably would be good with stuffed mushrooms or something along those lines. If I were to give it any praise it would be in the category of cooking sauce; Italian dishes etc.
