“I like that you don't have to refrigerate after opening. You can taste the miso notes immediately, and then the heat hits and just keeps hitting for a bit. Definitely a narrower list of applications and not an everyday "go to" sauce. It may last a bit longer than other sauces, but with the right dish, I bet this is a great pairing. Can't wait to try it out with some gyoza and ramen!”

“I was unfortunately disappointed with this one too I like Asian sauces Unami flavors salty savory sweet. But to me the the reapers really over powered the sauce I didn’t get miso or really any other discord just heat. I tried it in ramen, on chicken, pizza but it just was too warm and not enough flavor for my liking”

“It is very good in ramen! Even flavors up the cheap ramen bowls nicely. I only use a few drops..it's hot! This brand is always sweat inducing but the flavors still shine through. Especially black garlic. Kinda pricey but it goes a looong way and I got the 4 variety pack on clearance. Great buy!”
