“I love this hot sauce. The miso undertone has an amazing depth of flavor that adds to the over all savoryness and makes this sauce different from your genetic chili hot sauces. Great balance! I use it on pretty much anything I put hot sauce on other then eggs. The heat would probably overpower them.”

“I picked this one up at World Market, It is very robust with Vinegar though, that makes you lose the other flavors in it The heat though is good.”

“A very good, balanced hot sauce. A bit more forward with the vinegar profile than i expected and usually prefer but still well rounded. I could see cooking with this more than as a condiment as a result. Good heat, comes at the end and builds slowly.”

“This sauces flavor might come off a little strange and too spicy at first by itself, but you start mixing it with other flavors and it is amazing. Favorite so far is in sausage and eggs mixed with a bit of Secret aardvark (can't stop thinking about it). Also great in ramen or on yakitori/yakiniku with the traditional sauces.”

“I love this sauce. It is a wonderful spicy. I mix it into marinades or make a dipping sauce by mixing it with mayo and soy sauce. Extremely yummy.”

“I have a growing collection of hot sauces as I like to have certain ones for specific situations that fit their flavor profiles and this one I like having for ramen. It adds a nice savory flavor while at the same time packing a fair amount of heat. I would imagine it would go really well paired with something like Chinese or Japanese takeout but I haven't really had a chance to try that yet since I keep this sauce in the fridge at work but it's great for what I bought it for. Love it.”

“It’s definitely hot and delicious but with miso I expected a little more umami and maybe even savory?? Instead I just flowery (like ginger) which is NOT my vibe.”

“*gasp, gasp, gasp* Whew! Had to take a breather there because this sauce is hot! Not only is this thing hot, but it's a really unique hot sauce. Being partial to Japanese flavors, when I read the ingredient list, I knew I had to try it out. The heat is definitely there, there are of course Carolina Reapers in this sauce, but oddly enough it's not too extreme, and has a really good flavor. My preference for this sauce is to use it on homemade hot wings; however, just today I ordered Udon from my local sushi restaurant and figured "why not" and dropped a few dollops in - new favorite! This is a staple for anyone who likes to live dangerously. For those living on the edge. Those who want to feel alive. Those who are sick and tired of eating the same bland homemade meals because we're all cooped up in the house these days. All in all, I like it - I'll definitely buy this again when I run out.”
