“This is one of the few sauces that I have ordered multiple times from heatonist. I have to have a bottle in my fridge at all times. At first taste it's a very vinegary/salty flavor, and then that slooowwwwww burrrrrrn of the ghost radiates through. Will definitely make your nose run. This is great on eggs!”

“This hot sauce is very hot while maintaining good flavor. I certainly have a few with a higher spice level in my collection but this one maintains a good flavor and balance compared to most. The burn is there while adding complexity to your food. I especially enjoyed it in fried rice and ramen.”

“I use this with ramen and Japanese style curry. It's a super savory miso / umami flavor which pairs perfectly with those kind of dishes. A bit hotter than I usually go for, though, as someone who's usually in the medium-hot zone and doesn't tend to enjoy the hottest sauces.”

“I was really looking forward to a miso hot sauce, but this is not at all what I had in mind. Any food I've put this on becomes gross and then you're met with an extremely high spicy level. I had to throw this one out.”
