“The heat on this one is very forward, yet very good. It hits you hard but also has the miso and umami flavors making it amazing for cooking Japanese curry or fried rice or Ramen broth. Dipping with it is tough though since the heat is so forward it can overpower the food you dipped in. Great sauce overall though!”

“It tastes really good, but the miso is stronger than I thought. It’s limited to me because it’s a very miso flavor, so it’s easy for that flavor to be overpowering. It adds good umami in the right amount.”
