“SO GOOD! This is a delicious umami bomb. My boyfriend doesn't handle the hotter sauces well but is able to power through this one because the flavor is so damn good. Went through a bottle in like 2 weeks. Need to reup! SO good on fried rice, Ramen, pad thai, mixed with soy sauce and used as a dip for gyoza. Anything Asian needs this sauce!”

“I love a few drops of this bad boy mixed in with food like ramen, noodles, rice, or on top of eggs. It is hot but it is very feel good because of the miso. It has a very unique umami taste that goes well with other similar flavors. It adds heat but also a flavor for a great balance of hot but flavorful.”

“This one seems to be very polarizing. Everyone that has tried it either loves it or hates it. I fall in the hate it category but I can’t tank the review because a friend of mine loves it. It has a nice heat that gets you in the back of the throat. Not much forward burn, all in the back and it builds. I think it’s the umami that throws me. It is a very soy/Worcestershire type flavor with Asian flair. The flavor is just too much for me. I will probably give this one away. My wife didn’t try it because she said it smelled so terrible.”

“I was hesitant on buying it, but am glad I did. The heat builds slow, but is deceptively hot. But despite the umami miso, the flavor pairs well without overpowering the heat or whatever food what you're putting the sauce on. Just a GREAT, balanced sauce. Pairs great with any Asian-type dish, especially Chinese/Japanese/sushi, as well as rice/noodles”

“I say casual in quotes because this is my comfort level of heat. My “medium” sauce. So delicious and powerful. Packs a good heat for me. Love it.”
