“I held off on opening this bottle because I can be a bit if a wuss and already had 3 bottles of extra hits already opened I wanted to finish first. Boy was I missing out!! This is DELICIOUS. The umami miso flavor hits you and the burn slowly creeps. It's a pretty spicy sauce but I absolutely love it. I mix it in with soy sauce and a little brown sugar to make a dip for tempura/dumplings. Use it in salad dressings, on salmon, anything with an asian flavor profile. If you're on the fence about getting this sauce, DO IT!”

“Great umami flavor. The miso and sesame seed oil notes are right there in the front. The heat stays right on the tongue and it is hot! Great sauce. Can't wait to try it in some ramen and other soups.”

“What can be said about this sauce besides think twice? At first you will get a taste of sweet Asian inspired savory heat and then a second or two later a sharp slice of intense heat alla carolina reaper. I personally don't care for the taste of the sauce for its rather unusual sweetness with its counter intuitive intense heat, but I will say that it is an evenly made sauce; a carefully curated concoction. Yet, I do not know what it is specifically but one of the ingredients needs to be taken out; maybe its the miso, the tamari, or the togarashi... but Asian inspired flavor with this level of heat after taste doesn't seem logical, what does it pair with? Maybe sushi, I dunno happy new year.”

“I love this sauce! It’s a perfect balance between heat and flavor and it has a little more heat than I’d anticipated which I love! Umami is right! I’m from Hawaii and cannot imagine a kitchen without miso, tamari, sesame or togarashi and this sauce represents a great blend of east meets west. Definitely buying more!”

“This is one of those situations where the taste is just not there but the spice is. Hasn't been the most pleasant experience taste wise compared to other sauces. If you dont care about taste but love heat....this is the one. Spicier than the last dab in my opinion and it lasts a long time.”
