The vinegar, soybean, miso, rice wine, thai chili, ginger, and seaweed run head first into garlic, lime, pineapple, chive, coriander, pepper, and mustard. This sounds crazy but the combination works. Not too much heat, a great tangy earthy flavor.

Definitely a great burrito sauce with tons of flavor and just the right amount of kick.

Very unique sauce, very smoky and very vinegary. Intense flavor, but somewhat mild spice. Fantastic on eggs and pizza, though I usually end up with more than I bargained for since this is one of the runniest sauces I've gotten from Heatonist.

I have found the flavor to heat ratio spot on for a go to hotter hot sauce. I could put this on everything all the time. I love it on pizza, wings, eggs and quesadillas.

It was spicy at first but after a while, its spiciness no longer affected me. The sourness made me eat more but I wanted it hotter.

This sauce is a great everyday sauce. It has good flavor and pairs well with chicken, salad, beef, and tofu cooked using a variety of spices and flavor combinations. It has a great flavor and isn’t super-spicy. Just beware of the pour because there is no stopper.

I gave this sauce a negative rating (not spicy, needs viscosity) and another sauce (the PiriPiri) a 5-star rating; so the Heatonist kept the positive review and took down the negative one. This is unfortunately a common practice with Online retailers. So these reviews dont appear to be representative of the actual sample of consumers.
