I ordered this along with the Lions Mane Piri Piri (which I just gave five star). For this Marshall's sauce however, its got the viscosity of water, or less. When the hotness is only a 6/10, you are looking for taste, and to put more of it on. However, you really cant put much on anything except soup since its so watery. The taste wasn't bad, but there's just nothing that stands out here. The spice on the palate is late arriving and comes at you more in the form of a subtle numbness rather than the interesting pizazz of Piri-Piri (which is only a 4/10 on the heat level). Overall, This Marshall's Haute sauce was disappointing. I have to give it 1 star because I wont even finish it, or use it again.

Give the bottle a good shake to mix everything up! We love adding this to marinades, sautés or dipping sauces. It's great to cook with! Hopefully you'll give it another chance :)

Tasty enough. Not a bad mild sauce but didn't blow me away.

Was not sure what to expect when I bought this sauce, but I absolutely love it. I think it mostly tastes like Worstechire sauce, but with a spicy tang to it. Anything Worstechire sauce goes on, this will elevate the dish. Especailly good on cajun food and added to steak sauces.

One of the worst sauces I've ever had. Straight fermented vinegar (and I like vinegar) taste that even after shaking the bottle doesn't help. Barely any spice either. I like a lot of sauces I get from this site and was really interested in trying it, but I have little desire to go back to it.

Not the best sauce for everything, but a nice umami flavor that isn't too common in hot sauces. Could be spicier and the flavors could be more pronounced.

Very well crafted sauce. Should be a staple in everyone's fridge. Delicious complex flavors.

Love the strong chive flavor and the wonderful kick of heat that follows

This sauce really hits you with a brine-y flavor with a bit of heat -- it's a combo that works! Definitely not a 6/10 heat, more like an upper 4/10 or low 5/10. Works well with lots of food, I really like this with field roast sausages.
