“I received the Fly By Jing Sichuan Gold as part of my subscription box and was immediately excited to use it. I had heard good things about other Fly by Jing products but had never tried any. I started by adding some to a stir fry and it spiraled from there. I'll add it to any dishes with rice or noodles. It tastes AMAZING on tofu and OMG does it taste good on a nice cheese omelette or scrambled eggs. I'm only half way through my first bottle but I'm already planning on buying more so I always have some on hand.”

“my husband and I are fans of the show, and for Christmas, I got him a 3 pack and this was in it. Typically I'm not too fond of spicy food. I can hardly handle buffalo wings. It has a wonderful smell and flavor, and yes the HEAT, but it takes time to warm up, and the heat doesn't last long. But I love that I can taste the flavor along with the heat. It's so delicious, and I was immediately thinking of other dishes I could use this in. Also, my 10 year old handled it pretty good too!”

“This “hot sauce” has changed my life for the better. I wish i knew about this sooner cause this turns simple meals into asian cuisines. S/o to Hot Ones the show. I was curious to try and this sauce has been a clear top of the line for me & I know about sauces man. The trips to the bathrooms are very mild too so don’t be scared to double douce baby. (Disclaimer: this is not a traditional hot sauce & if you had asian foods, this sauce may be an acquired taste to you as this mosty goes well with like rice, chicken and veggies.)”

“I got this as part of the monthly subscription box. At first, I was like uh oil? Super high calorie - I can't use this. Then that night, I was cooking some stir fry for dinner. Normally I use olive oil I saw this bottle, lost and alone on my counter, and realized......olive oil is oil......this is oil.....hmmm. So I used the Sichuan Gold instead and it was incredible. I've been using it daily ever since when I cook. I love many of my ever-growing collection of hot sauces, but this is the only sauce that I will reorder the second it gets low. Tasty, magical, recommend.”
