“I am astonished with the speed of the delivery same day. The packaging was very nice. Though the white rook is very badly crafted, it is thinner and shorter than the other rooks, it just looks like it went completely wrong. Pieces are very light, and not pleasing to the touch. A small board, just as the description stated the dimensions, I would not think it is worth the money I spent but, close enough.”
“Nice enough chess set for the price but expected better from a business that prides themselves on quality.There is a section of varnish missing on the front of the playing board and across the branding which doesnt look great especially as this was a gift. The seller referred my complaint to their QA department. No reply from them and was simply told to contact Amazon.”
