“This product let me down. I was very excited upon seeing the packaging was was even more excited to give it as a gift. Unfortunately when I opened up the case the boards quality was disheartening. I expected more from such a reputable brand. Areas very clearly had chipped lacquer or where it just had not been applied and it ruined the impact of the board.”
“Bought as a gift for a 7 yr old, unfortunately first one had several quality flaws, but instant refund was given upon contact, and new one was sent via direct order from company. Very pleased with quality of customer service, and overall quality of product. However, there are issues with the quality control which, could lead to hit and miss on orders, particularly the board sitting flat and matching when opened, as even the replacement had some gapping, although acceptable. Would reccomend, but suggest dont do a last minute order to allow for possible issues”
“Sadly I have a busy family life and have missed the return window but had I not, this particular set would definitely be going back. It came well presented but once open, it looked like a well used item in terms of the board there were a number of dents in the surface. My son doesnt mind as hes only 7 but for the price I wouldve expected the quality to be a lot better hopefully it was just a one off”
“Well presented in its fold out board. Some slight faults on the edges of the squares but it is hand made after all. Its a gift for our 6 year old grandson. Hell love it!”
