“I bought this set to relearn myself and to help teach my 9 year old daughter. It was a good price and I particularly liked that the board acted as a store for the pieces. They the pieces are quite light and so tend to rather easily get knocked about, but overall this is a sensible purchase for beginners.”
“Its ok but, for the price, I expected more. Minor scratches on the surface. There is no latch to hold the board shut when its closed, meaning its not secure for travel use. Theres no mechanism to hold it open when its open and the hinge itself means that the two sides dont sit flush during play. A storage bag would have been nice also.Nice packaging means nothing when the product is very average.”
“Extremely poor workmanship, seen better quality from cheaper products.very shoddy and not worthy of selling, would not be suitable for a gift and to be honest we have many different games in our house dating years back and all in better used condition than this.”
“I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter and would have given it 5 stars but there is no way to ensure the box stays closed. A small hook is usual on these. I guess that as the pieces are all put inside an elastic then if it opens the pieces will not fall out however I am not sure how long the elastic will last nor if a child, or an adult, will always use such. Indeed the elastic was tight for the final pieces and both I and my granddaughter found it hard to put them in. Good because it makes them secure. Not so good if you have weak wrists and the temptation will always be to miss out the final pieces.”
