“The packaging for the board looked really professional, made it feel like a quality product was going to be inside, but I was disappointed with the product itself, the board had glue marks, the inside had not been sanded, I didnt have high expectations because of the price I paid, but simple finishing elements have been missed, the chess pieces themselves were great had no issues with them, but most importantly the kids loved it”

I didnt open the item as it was a present, but was a bit concerned as a few reviews mentioned dents in the board and pieces. I have since heard from the recipient and she loves it, so I can only assume everything was ok.The service was consistently good and personalised.”
“A nice quality product! It can easily fit into a rucksack so that you could play on the move, say on a train for example. I would liked to of seen a small felt bag to give the board extra protection while in transit.”
