“This was bought as an Xmas gift for my teenage Goddaughter. The packaging is very nice, quite classy. I didnt open the item as it was a present, but was a bit concerned as a few reviews mentioned dents in the board and pieces. I have since heard from the recipient and she loves it, so I can only assume everything was ok.The service was consistently good and personalised.”
“A nice quality product! It can easily fit into a rucksack so that you could play on the move, say on a train for example. I would liked to of seen a small felt bag to give the board extra protection while in transit.”
“Bought it for our son who is a teacher and very techy savvy but a chess fan. In his last school primary he ran a chess club and we hope this reignites his interest. Its a beautiful set the box and pieces are lovely to handle and we just know hell use it its very tactile. My husband was quite envious when he saw it! The packaging was a lovely finishing touch.
