About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. Why not come along for the trip with us!

Sturdy and meant for little hands and teeth. Great the all the animals and figures store neatly inside. Hours of play but the sorting holes are fiddly

This was a present for a 13 months girl. She absolutely loved it and started playing with it straight away. It is hand painted and all wooden. Really good from a sustainable perspective. Suitable for different ages because the arc has several openings so the child can try to fit the various animals in different parts of the arc based on their skills. Animals are provided in pairs so the child can match them too.
