About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Lovely product. Bought for my 1 year old son for Christmas, the only problem I found was that in the animal pieces the birds are too small for a one year old. Small enough to fit in and close their mouth.”

“Beautifully packaged, sturdy shape sorter built to last. Based on the Bible it has more than one function Attractive design. Very sturdy and well designed. Roof folds down and all the animals fit inside. The best Noahs Ark around”

“This is such a great toy. It came beautifully wrapped with handwritten note and you can tell there was time and care put into it. The toy itself is wonderful. It comes with multiple couples of animals and there Id even a door for the animals to go in. Overall this is such a beautiful toy and would definitely recommend it.”

“This was a first birthday present for my great nephew. He loved it and spent a lot of time putting the animals in the ark. He prefers the roof off approach at the moment but Im sure the shape sorter holes will be used as he gets older.”
