Baby Chicks: Green Queen Easter Egger Female Reviews

4.5 Rating 174 Reviews
Peep is definitely our most mischievous girl!! Always getting in trouble and making us laugh at her antics! She isn’t overly friendly but loves to chat with us. She laid her first beautiful sage egg at 20 weeks.

Our Chick (Kite) arrived healthy and we're so happy to report she is now a GORGEOUS full grown hen. Her coloring is beautiful and she's our prettiest chicken. Also has a muff which I love. Also our loudest, by far. Does not like cuddles but otherwise comfortable with humans. The only reason I give four stars is because she lays beige eggs, not green ones. Understandable, genetics can't be controlled, but still slightly disappointing. Regardless, I love her and am happy with my purchase.

Brie is my 3rd Green Queen. I LOVE them! Great layers with great personalities! Brie is by far the prettiest green queen I’ve had. She’s a large bird and looks somewhat like a darker Salmon Faverolles. She has 5 toes as well. She is sweet, fluffy and lays lovely sage-green eggs pretty much daily. MPC has consistently sent the best, healthiest birds!

I got my bird 1,5 years ago and just caught her laying an egg. It's light brown... Not green. Otherwise, she is a healthy and beautiful bird. A little skittish.

She's got a great personality. A little flighty. Very chatty. She lays light pinkish brown eggs, not green in any way.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Easter Egger! It’s great to hear she has such a fun personality—those chatty, flighty moments can definitely add some character to the flock! 😊 As for the egg color, Easter Eggers lay eggs in a range of shades, from blue and green to pinkish-brown or even cream, so it sounds like she's just adding a unique twist to the expected colors! Did you know that the Green Queen has topped the best-seller list every single year since we started selling chicks in 2007? We wish you many more colorful eggs and fun moments with your sweet girl
