“I got these after trying the kids magnesium gummies and seeing the videos all over my socials. I did notice a difference fairly quickly but after a good week and half these kicked right in. I have my daughter these half hour after her others and half hour before being in bed she would lay down and slowly drift off she's a lot more settled during her sleep also and looking less tired when she wakes and certainly having a better start to her mornings. She is undiagnosed at the moment but I work in send and know she's on the spectrum. These with the kids magnesium gummies have been my go 2 now for nearly 2 months and we've noticed a huge improvement. Very pleased it's certainly made my mornings and evenings much more bearable thank you x”
