“My sons currently awaiting Assessment for ADHD He would take 3/4 hours to settle at bed been taking for a week and it’s helped get our time down to about 1/2 hours. Would recommend trying. Son also likes taking them which is a start as he won’t take any kind of medicine so wasn’t sure if he would take them. He likes the taste and asks for them before bed”
