“These sleep gummies have been an okay addition to our routine. They taste good, which makes it easier to get my child to take them. However, I've noticed that the texture is a bit powdery, and it's a hassle to brush off their teeth afterward.In terms of effectiveness, they helped form part of our bedtime routine, but unfortunately, we didn't see a consistent impact after six weeks of use. While they did seem to help initially, the results didn't last.Overall, they're okay, but they didn't quite live up to our expectations in terms of long-term effectiveness.”

“I didn’t think that these were actually working so I used up what I had bought however since my kids stopped taking them I now realise that they DO WORK! My children are restless and struggle to get to sleep at night, when taking the gummies they are much calmer at night and due to being calmer they find it easier to settle and go to sleep at night. When taking the gummies the children don’t wake up in the night so often. The children said the gummies taste really nice and look forward to gummy time every night, in fact they often ask to have more because they taste so nice. Urgently getting more of these so we can go back to having calm peaceful nights.”
