“My son is autistic and can take hours to fall asleep! We thought we would give these a try as we had nothing to lose. They have now become part of our night time routine and he is falling asleep in about 30 to 60 mins which is a vast improvement on the 3 or 4 hours he use to take. His teachers have also said that it has help at school with his attention span and concentration!! I have already recommended these to people I know!!”
