“A bit expensive, as all gummy supplements are, but a nice flavour and great if you can't take tablets for whatever reason.A decent mixture of multivitamins plus other "Perimenopause" ingredients, my wife rather likes them and they seem to have a mildly positive affect.”

“These are nice gummies which have a good berry flavour and a nice texture, there are lots of bold statements on the bottle about the benefits of these gummies but mostly the benefits appear to be derived from the vitamins in these, so I am. It sure what the added plants extracts actually offer from a scientific perspective.Overall I would say that these are nice multivitamins which are pleasant to take and good value”

“These strawberry flavoured gummy vitamins for perimenopause are very tasty I look forward to taking them each day. You take 2 gummies daily. They are packed with lots of vitamins to help support your body through perimenopause, such as: zinc, red clover, maca, sage, ashwagandha, probiotics and B6, K2, C, B12, D2.Each of these ingredients are very beneficial. I am 45 years old and just entered the perimenopause stage and I’m confident that these vitamins will help with my symptoms and help balance my hormones.The price is very reasonable and you get a months supply. I definitely recommend”

“These are nice tasting and have a lovely smell. They are easy to eat, being soft sweet like gummies, nicely packed and double sealed for freshness. For £7 (Sept '24)for 30 days worth (60 gummies) they are not brilliant value imo, but not terrible either, and have a good spread of the different nutriants”
