“A good range of nutrients in these fruity and delicious gummies, which also include probiotics, which is a good addition. The only issue is that doesn’t state the amount of live bacteria, I find anything under 20 billion CFU is a bit pointless, so it would be nice to know the figures.It’s good to see a decent dose of Vitamin D3, which I find is essential in the winter months and most people will need an enhanced amount for it to be effective.Overall they are a good addition to the supplements that I take and when on offer they are good value but not sure I’d pay £20 for them.Hope you found my review helpful”

“These are great tasting gummies! I was so surprised how good they tasted. They contain a good amount of vitamins in them as well as specific ones to help aid the symptoms of perimenopause.So far these have been great, they are simple to take and they also have no gluten and are vegan friendly so they should be useful for most people to take.Great value.”

“I received these perimenopause gummies for my wife - they're packed with ingredients like Red Clover, Sage Leaf, and Ashwagandha, which are known to support hormone balance.Taking daily as part of routine she is starting to see the effects now after a few weeks.Easy to take in gummy form, the taste is OK, not overly sweet.”

“Great taste. Has alot of nutritional vitamins which are good fir the body.Only been taking this fir a while have seen some benefits such as nor feeling tired etc . Definitely recommend tho taking 2 tablets daily does work”

“These gummies tasty lovely and are easy to chew and swallow. Vegan friendly, gluten free with no added artificial colours or nasties and sugar free.They have a good mix of vitamin and probiotics.Easy to add these gummies into your daily routine.Only time will tell if they help with symptoms.”

“I've said it before, and I'll say it again, there's no excuse for selling bland tasting gummies, and these are very tasty indeed. They are also choc full of vitamins, minerals and good organic ingredients, and I have felt an upsurge in, erm, energy since I've been taking them ;-) That said, they could easily up the dose of L'arginine to about 3g as that is a great supplement for libido and the added bonus of anti ageing, and that never did anyone any harm. I'd order these again for sure.”

“Taste is good and si is the texture. Great combination of supplements which all should create the right ambience for mood lifting and enhancement of pleasure. I do think that going into this in a positive relaxed mood would benefit the outcome. Negativity would be counter productive.”

“So these have a really nice flavour.My nutritionalist said these can be great for some people to balance hormones, but in my case I'm better avoiding them. I have PCOS and these are largely sugars and binding agents”
