“Got these for the obvious reasons, I have been having certain symptoms and online suggested trying some natural ways to help so when I saw these I was happy to try these out.They taste nice, not too sweet and no after taste or chemical taste so big thumbs up for this.I used for over 2 weeks now and the only thing I think these have helped with is my sleep pattern.Before trying these my sleep pattern was all over the place, it was getting me depressed, I've always been a good sleeper up until recently.If only one of my symptoms can be helped by these then I am glad it is my sleep issue, since 2 nights into taking these I noticed I am able to fall off to sleep. I am OK once I get to sleep but getting off to sleep was an issue and being on these I have started to actually fall alseep again so I am glad with that.I am on the fence if I will keep using these, maybe I just need more time I am not sure if anything changes I will come back to edit this review but for now these only helped me sleep. They taste nice with no nasty after taste.”

“Being of a certain age libido has suffered.These are easy to take and taste like gummy sweets.They have the benefit of Maca Root, Damiana, Ashwagandha, L-arginine and Vitamin B6 .I will take these and see if they help but so far I haven't noticed any big change.”

“These gummies provide relatively high doses of Cobalamin (B12), Pyridoxine (B6), and Zinc, with the added potential benefits of Ashwagandha, Maca Root, Tribulus Terrestris and L-Arginine in a single fruit flavoured pastel.The dosage is rather high, all RDA listed ingredients being at least 100% over the recommended daily intake, so it’s important you don’t choose to just snack on these as general sweets. It is possible to overdose on vitamin supplements so take the dosage directions seriously. These are not designed for regular consumption.As for the effect, my wife said she felt a slight elevation in libido after an hour or so from ingestion. Similar ingredients are found in male enhancement pills so it’s not surprising there’s some effect. As everyone is different it’ll depend somewhat on individual circumstances for the strength of the effect.As the effect was on the whole positive, we shall continue with occasional consumption.”
