“I've changed my contraceptive pill following the start of a few perimenopausal symptoms and this has played havoc with my skin, the horrible acne that plagued my teenage years was back with a vengeance so I started taking these supplements for a month or so before Christmas, then ran out and I've started up again last week and my skin has been a lot better with no other changes in my skincare routine/diet/exercise.They are like eating gummy bears, taste nice, two a day easy to chew and swallow. For skin confidence alone they're worth every penny to me!”

“I liked the ingredients in this product but honestly havenâ€™t noticed any difference between taking them and not. The consistency of the actual gummy is good and they taste nice. The price is also reasonable. The container came well sealed and is recyclable. There are 60 gummies in the container and you take 2 so enough for a month.”
