“Been taking these for two months, and definitely noticed a difference, particularly in managing dizziness and hot flushes. Very easy to take as they're chewy gummies, and they taste lovely. Will continue to purchase while they're helping my perimenopause symptoms :)”

“Why did you choose this product over others?:Ordered to replace quite large tablets Iâ€™ve been taking for a while as struggled with them being so big. Whilst these are significantly more pleasant to take, and taste ok, my symptoms have returned, such as waking up in the night with anxiety. The nutritional quantities are much lower and did consider just taking a higher dose. Disappointed but will have to go back to my tablets!Â ”
