“Really good supplements and kind to the stomach. The seperate supplements i took dont always makes my tummy feel good. So this is good stuff. Definitely have stopped falling asleep all over the place and throughout the day. Still very tired on my period, but this helps balance out alot of peri symptoms i have been suffering with. Only been a few days, so hot flushes still there. I was more concerned about being so sleepy and tired and it has helped.”

“Hard to tell as with all these supplements it is probably more you will notice if you stop taking them. Apparently they taste good which is a bonus I guess as some can frankly not be very pleasant in taste, definitely worth a try”
