“I'm taking these for perimenopause symptoms. I have tried a few brands so far and this brand is good. The gummy form makes them easy to consume. The taste is pleasant. The ingredients include red clover which i think is essential for an menopause supplement. Also Ashwaghanda which is great because I find this also supports with perimenopause symptoms. I definitely think taking these perimenopause supplements help because if I stop taking them for any length of time I start to feel much worse.You take 2 a day and I just love having my supplements in gummy format because it makes me feel like I'm treating myself!”
