The World Records Kit was a fantastic way to incorporate measurement concepts into the classroom in a hands-on and exciting way. As students invented and tested their own world records, they had the opportunity to measure time, length, weight, and distance—all essential skills in the real world.

What was the most unique record achieved and why?
most rolly pollies in 1 minute with one hand tied behind their back. This was the most creative due to its ncuonventional approach. Unlike traditional athletic events that focus on running, jumping, or throwing, this challenge takes a playful, unconventional twist on physical activity. The idea of doing rolly pollies—a basic gymnastics move—while limiting one hand introduces an unexpected element of fun and creativity, encouraging students to approach the task in a new way.
