The DIY World Records 24 kit was an exciting and engaging kit that incorporated many other areas of the curriculum. The kit provided hands on activities that motivated and engaged my students. This transferred into curiosity about other areas of leanring and more questions that the students wanted to find out about.

This was designed by a child who is taking french lessons outside of school, but she didn't realise that she wouldn't be able to participate in her own record so she spent her lunchtimes teaching as many words as she could to others

My kids enjoyed this kit. Creating the tasks was easy once they understood the language that was needed. Students became very competitive over some of the challenges while some of the challenges did not work because the creators had not thought it out clearly. Failure or success it was all important learning. The chaos of the competitions was followed with a presentation of badges for winning a record.
