Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
Usjng a range of vegetable especially chickpeas and beetroot was so different for most of the student. it was great for them to see that they can use alternatives to sugar and high fat ingredients

To experiment and try new things even when they seem out of the ordinary. Being brave with a healthier diet
