Having the scales and simple base recipe made this accessible for all.

I think they will be more open to experimenting with recipes and making changes to fit in with healthy eating or other requirements.
How effective was this kit in promoting healthy food in your classroom?
I think this was great. It linked into our other learning about our health and our bodies. We talked about what sugar is and how much is in our food, many students did not know about this.
What learning from this kit can students take home to impact their family's wellness and health?
I think they were excited to share their learning with their whānau and hopefully they will try cooking healthy food at home.
