Which kit components were the most impactful and why?
Hands on nature of measuring and making - we weren't quite able to adapt properly, more swap flavours; but it got them thinking about ratios, flavours and really inspired thinking.
What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners?
Very thought-provoking for them, thinking outside box and/or using other things in the cupboard.
How effective was this kit in promoting healthy food in your classroom?
Very - they all know they need to eat vegetables but giving the opportunity to taste in different ways, and make themselves, makes it more achieveable.
What learning from this kit can students take home to impact their family's wellness and health?
Lots of feedback from parents on the kōrero around the activity, how vegetables can be added, swapping and tricking whānau.
