I loved trying the different cakes. They were fun to make in our teams. (year 6) My cake was yummy and we got to change some of the ingredients out. Hopefully we can make more. (year 5)

The handouts were great because they were full of information and gaves the children a focus.

That baking and science go hand in hand with math.

It was good. No one turned up their nose and they enjoyed tasting different cakes.

They have a new range of skills now and hopefully they have learnt that they can substitute different foods to whatever they have at home.

not only have the class had a go at substituting ingredients but they have also had multiple chnaces to bakes over the year. This kits allowed them to focus on a bit more of the science as well.
