the planning information made teaching this kit very helpful also the sheets for the kids to write on, saved me a lot of printing/organising.

That eating healthier things can yummy. Being aware of what the kids are eating and how this can be changed for the better.

So much. A huge part was kids trying new healthier things. Also knowing that it is ok to try new things and add veggies into their food. Also understanding what goes in their food

Easily. A lot of kids have reported back to trying what we learnt at school at home. Some parents have commented on what the kids are talking about and some have taken recipes home to try with their whanau
