“Delivery was delayed, then suddenly delivered by DHL during holidays so I could not receive them. DHL sent them back, now out of stock for over 6 months and no alternative. Frustrating.”

“It was way too small in size. Even without socks it didn't fit I usually use size 37 and 38. Also it felt pretty rough on the inside, not great if you are not using socks, which is kind of the point.”

“Shoes too tight compared to the 2 other pairs I have from tropicfeel. Still waiting for an exchange since july 2021, we're now in january 2022; and I bought those shoes one year ago. Last time for me, I don't want /need to pay for products that will arrive more than 1 week after order.”

“Was hoping these would be at least as good as my previous Canyon but that was not the case. There was a lot of threads that started to unravel immediately and after just one day the inside of the heel got loose. Fortunately I got very good customer service from Tropicfeel and got a full refund. Instead of a pair of Jungle I went for another pair of Canyon and those have been just as good as I expected!”

“The size you suggested according to the measures (in cm) of my feet was too tight and I had to make a request to change the size in August. And I'm still waiting for it!”

“The sizing does not following the same sizings as the Monsoon and Canyon (which fit my feet perfectly). It was way too small that it hurts my feet just putting it on, I can't imagine having to wear it and walk around.”
