“Staff were very courteous & professional. However, appointment was rushed (they were behind schedule). Dr very quickly scanned over my legs using a simple looking device & drew some lines on a piece of paper. Furthermore, the report they emailed over was very generic. It stated that we had discussed all treatment options, but in reality, they had barely touched on it. Consultation a waste of money. Mr S.”

“Had evla and foam injections on both legs.Really pleased with results legs look 20 years younger.dr krishnan and nurse both really professional with great sense of humour .they take time to explain everything and put you at ease.Whole procedure was quick and painless.whole experience with vein centre great from start to finish.would highly recommend”

“I was charged a cancellation fee of £300 because I was unable to attend my appt due to a last minute work commitment. I’m very disappointed by the lack of understanding from the surgery. I was intending on having quite a lot of expensive treatment with the vein Centre which I will now do with a competitor. This means that i shall not continue”

“I booked in with Helen after reading reviews on here . I was experiencing a bit of pain and restless legs due to circulation. Many people book in for the visual improvement of their legs but mine was to help circulation due to me being up and down all day with work. A couple of weeks on and not only do my legs look 100% better they feel 100% better . Thank you once again Helen and her team .”

“Absolutely fantastic results with my vein, over the moon with the appearance and also pain free. David Wells & Liz Jellyman were absolutely lovely, put me at ease straight away & made me feel fabulous.”

“I had EVLA 4 months ago and sclerotherapy over 2 months ago and my legs look worse than before the treatment. The EVLA was very painful on my left leg and I had to ask for a break during the surgery and following the surgery for 8 weeks I could not even touch my leg due to the pain. Large spider veins were casued due to the surgery and then the sclerotherapy that followed has created even more, which I didn't have before. I have a number of large blue veins that have not been treated and I was told to return in 6 months and so I am very unhappy how my legs look for this summer. I am very disappointed and have paid nearly £4,000. I have had sclerotherapy many times and not had these results. The consultant and nurse were very professional and friendly, but unfortunately I won't return to the clinic.”

“Everyone I have been in contact with has been very helpful and friendly. My only negative point was my consultation appointment was running around 20 mins late. As I was attending on a lunchbreak from work, it would have been much better if the appointment was punctual.”

“On arrival greeted by friendly staff. Very clean relaxing reception area. Consultation everything very well explained to me, I had a good understanding of procedures been given as varicose veins run in the family as my mum had her veins injected and I've had them stripped and right leg lasered. I asked for made to measure stocking as I have very large legs. The Nurse Practioner was very thorough”

“Arranged consultation very easily and in good time , within a couple of weeks . Had several NHS operations cancelled due to Doctors striking so decided to go private even though I had funding in place with NHS . Thorough examination given and explained and I never needed any further treatment for vein removal . My condition is something different and I have a full report to go back to my doctors with to see if they get this diagnosis right !! I was prepared to pay for both legs and it was never needed . Excellent service and very honest , thank you .”

“I attended the Hull clinic. From the lady in reception opening the door for me I was welcomed . The lady in reception was very kind and friendly. A calming smile . She explained everything and offered refreshments. The nurse that came though was again faultless . Kind . Warm and welcoming . My Dr explain the process . And examined my vein . Which was not stressful . . Over all my experience was first class . The place is clean and very professional. I cannot wait for my treatment in August”
