“My appointment for consultation and scanning went very smoothly. I was able to book surprisingly quickly and was reassured about the treatment ahead. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.”

“The people I dealt with were very nice. The only issue I had is they advised that it needs to go into the vein to work and the chance of them getting the vein could be as low as 20% leaving it a high chance it may not work. I don’t recall seeing this information at all on the website or before I booked the assessment and felt that all details aren’t given before handing over £250 for the assessment.”

“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was, my early morning appointment got changed to a late afternoon appointment at short notice resulting in me losing mine and my husband's train tickets that I'd booked and a wasted hotel booking for the night before. This was not down to the dr. And staff at Newcastle but from head office.”
